A Babylon.js runtime for avatars finished in Harry. Harry gives generated characters hands, elbows and knees that crease where they should, wagging tails, and bouncing hair and soft tissue, and writes it all into the GLB. This library plays the parts that need a runtime: springs, tail moods, surface jiggle and clip binding.

What you're seeing

• A walk, a hop and an air squat played on the avatar, with Harry's elbow and knee correctives baked into each clip.
• Tail, ears and chest driven live by the library's springs and surface jiggle, on a fixed 60 Hz clock.
• In the crowd, a budget and a distance LOD decide who simulates at full rate, at a reduced rate, or holds.

License

The library's code is released under the MIT License. The demo's avatar and animations are not part of the library and are not MIT-licensed: the lemur warrior was generated with Tripo and finished in Harry, and the animations are Mixamo motions retargeted by Harry. They're shown in this demo only; please don't extract or redistribute them.
